If you agree to the "free" financial consultation they send a high pressure salesperson to sell you a "financial plan" for $400.00. If you agree to the purchasing the "plan" they will come back to you saying that the "plan" suggests you should buy an investment property in QLD (which they charge about 40k+ above the real market value).
