I have the misfortune of having to desal with Kmart's Pharmacy in Guam. No Walgreen's here. All the other pharmacies are local owned and do not accept BC/BS. This has to be the largest pharmacy on Guam and has absolutely the worst customer service you can find anywhere in the world. They are always understaffed. Waits can be an hour. Calling in to the automated refill service has never worked. Call it in, go in the next day, wait in a long line to find out they have no record.
