My balance is get deducted by Rs. 25/- on dt.10/01/2011 without informing me. when i'm contacting to the customer care they response to me. The same is happens with me just 15 days before. I'm not getting the right service from Idea, they don't give the complain number after giving the complain they told to me its a request not complain.
