I tried to order the Our House TV series as a Christmas gift. I ordered it about six weeks ahead of time. As of this morning I still haven't received it. I received an email saying it was "undeliverable" "insufficient address". They managed to have my correct address to bill me - but not ship it?! When I contacted the company they said they would reship it. Same problem. I contacted them again to ask for a refund. It has been two weeks and I haven't received an answer yet.
