The local Blockbuster store here in Grass Valley, CA claimed they would "work out" the problem I had with their "selling" us a video game my son had rented and returned after their 10 day grace period. So after charging us for a rental AND a sell of the same game ($70 total price) they offered to halve the cost for $30. Apparently they aren't any better at math than they are at honesty. My son had begged me to reopen an account in his name after we closed our account because of their requirement to be granted free access to our VISA account. No more.
