On October 25th 2010 I ordered a mantle clock. On the website there was no information whatsoever about any delays. The company guaranteed to deliver the clock within 2-3 working days and immediately charged my credit card. On November 5th 2010 I contacted the company asking about the delay. I got the reply from sales department in which they told me there was a slight delay and the product would be dispatched as soon as possible.
