I ordered perfume in early November for Xmas and paid in full. It didn't arrive. I contact FragranceX.com to be told that it will be delivered or returned to them as EVERY undelivered item is ALWAYS RETURNED and until then they will do nothing. AMEX, who I used, have now read all the documentation and refunded me the money and will pursue Fragrance X.com through their normal channels. Do not use FragranceX.com. read full review »
