I have been spoken to several agents from the billing call centre dept about my problem. Carol on the 24022010 at 11:30, case nr: 2467335 and Mandisa Dlokweni on the 25022010 at 10:25, she opened a new case id nr: 2467810 and call ref nr: 43883460. Both promised me an e-mail in regards of our conversation and the conformation about the incorrect billing and that an adjustment must be made on my account with the case id numbers.
