In December 2009 I went into the branch in Musgrave Center and closed my personal account as I wanted to keep my business and personal accounts seperate. All the necessary documentation was signed and completed and as the account was over drawn a deposit was made before the closure as indicated by the bank person doing the closure. Needless to say this account was never closed and to date is still running. I have lost thouands of rands as a result thereof AND NOW I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK.
