Ordered a 24 rose valentine Bouquet Deluxe which cost £35. Picture showed big arrangement. Although it arrived at my girlfriends work on time I was so embarressed. She received 2 x bunches of 10 roses. No arrangment just in celofan. No card i asked for. When i complained they said it was valentines period, thats all you get. They may send out another 10 roses, i doub't it after it took 5 calls to speak to the rude lady. Pay the extra and use a well known company!!! read full review »
