The 3G network started giving trouble a week ago. I emailed customer services. I did everything they told me to do and wasted about 200MB data but still no cure! Then they emailed me and told me they will report it to Network Department and follow up on Friday. It is now Monday! No follow up and the issue is still not resolved! What is keeping me from buying an MTN sim card right now. And the issue will be resolved. And even when I phoned in when i try to explain what is happening the try and convince me that it is not a problem and the problem is my modem. read full review »
