Charges were made to my credit card in December, 2010, for $39.00 renewal to Classmates.com. This account was my husbands and he died April 27, 2010. I went to site Classmates.com and asked that this be cancelled and the charge refunded to my credit card. They advised this could not be done. I tried to call this date 1-12-2011, and was advised they could not speak to anyone but the name on the account. Pretty impossible, isn't it?? read full review »
