I bought a guide from direct2drive and it wouldnt download. I spent 3 days tryin to resolve the problem with 'csr' and couldnt. They had me doing every thing from a to z and nothing worked. They esculated it to a senior csr who had me do the same things and that didnt work. Then they ignored me for two days. I went back to the site and bought the guide again and it downloaded perfectly. I then contacted csr again and they wanted me to do some more trobule shooting for them;. I refused and they posted on their site-- solved by 'csr' and closed the ticket. And yes they charged me for the seccond guide. read full review »
