I purchased over $3, 000 of LG appliances from BestBuy.com and paid additional money for "installation and haul away". My purchase was completed December 1st, and installation was scheduled for december 13th (the earliest they could do it). The installer failed to show up on the scheduled date and when I contacted Bestbuy for resolution their customer service reps were rude and not helpful.
