On 11/23/10 my wife had new tires put on our Toyota Seq. by a local tire store(Manning, SC) and the mechanic suggested getting wheel alignment. I called TOYOTA (SWT) service dept a talked with Sam T.(SUPER guy) asked about wheel alignment and he said that they could do it. I met my wife and kids at the dealership (Scott Will Toyota) to have wheel alignment done around 4'oclock. Sam T. greeted us and took the keys.
