Mr. Kop has not been answering our inquiries of late. He told us he would file a TRO hearing and did not. He said he would draw up a standstill agreement and did not. He missed a court hearing and was over an hour late for another. And he has told us he would give us an assessment of our claims and damages going back months and months and we are still waiting. He said he would file our case before our house was sold and we were evicted and he did not. We are facing a statute of limitation expiration on a portion of our case and no response. Dealing with this attorney has been worse than dealing with the crooked bank in our opinion. read full review »
