I called Wachovia to issue a complain about an overdraft fee that they had charged me. First of all it was a fee to my way to save account, which amazed me since i had money in my checking account ! They told me the two accounts are not together so i have to pay the fee. I found that to be absurd. Second what really got to me is that when i was speaking to a costumer service representative, he told me that he had a right to hang up on me because i was upset that i felt my money was being stolen from me !
