I will do everything in my power to avoid flying with USAIR. They continue to disappoint me with horrible customer service. The attitude I received on 12/30/10 at the Philly Airport automated check-in was a disgrace. Other customers behind me could not believe the attitude and treatment that I was receiving and made a comment to me. This made me feel better because I thought I was a bit anxious.
