I placed an order for a new phone with my upgrade in mid January. I was told the delivery would be made within 7 working days, I waited and waited but nothing happened. On phoning to find out what the problem was, they didn't have stock but nobody bothered to let me know!!! When you ask them what the problem is they each have a different excuse. If you are going to ****to the public at least get your stories straight. I have had about 4 different versions of what the problem is with my upgrade.
