We contacted Progress Lighting and Fires to fit an aircon to our home office. A team of very unprofessional and dirty installers arrived. After them drilling holes in our wall they attempted to install the wriong machine as this was different to the previous one supplied to us by them for our bedroom. I contacted Louis, the owner to inform him on this as well as the very unprossional staff memebers he had here.
