I had an existing account in my fathers name and wanted it to be transfered into my name. This was a year ago. I proceeded to go to Vodashop, The Glen. They were friendly and helped me but the transfer was done incorrectly. I went back a second time and they promised it was done. I was under the impression that it was complete then.
