I Changed bank accounts 6 months ago. I let Standard bank know via email to change my new bank account details. Got a response back to say that all is in order. Now all of a sudden my bank account details on my debit order is not right. The branch code for my new bank is my new account no. What must I do. now my account is in arrears and who will be paying the interest on the account. ME!!! Because it is the clients duty to update his profile, and I did!!!
