Due to poor product and service delivery we cancelled our iBurst account in January 2010 and were told there was a one month notice on cancellations. Our monthly amount was R198 for 2 gigs, but 2 months down the line they are still debiting strange amounts from our account, R267 this morning for example, the same as the month before. No idea what this charge is and not even sure how to stop it. I get the feeling this company is in serious financial trouble and is about to close. read full review »
