First off. They have NO website or email information AT ALL in their starter kit to be able to look up who sent this to me, who are these people and why they sent it to me or to be able to answer any questions I may have without having to speak to a customer service Rep. Their 866# when you call is generic and doesn't have any info as to whom you're calling until a Rep answers the line. They got me for a $130.00. I received this box in the mail.
