I make an order of a video camera Panasonic HDC-SD600 (500 euro). The money have been debited from my credit card the same day. After two days they ask me to send some documents for the order to proceed (a copy of the credit card i use and a bill). If they would like these documents they must have asked them before take the money and not after. So i canceled the order because my bank said not to send them. They refund my account in a week.
