I had purchased a samsung washing machine which became non-functional on 15/12/2010.I registered a complaint with samsung service center(phone no: 0471 2465347) on 18/12/2010 and the complaint no is 8418715944.Since the problem was not rectified I contacted the manager Mr George on 13/1/2011.Iwas assured that the complaint would be rectified in a day. But nothing has happened and the manager now does not attend the calls.
