I purchased a pair of running shoes in person and was told i could take them home and try them out at home. If I was not satisfied I could bring them back at no extra charge. The shoes hurt my feet - I contacted the salesman and he told me I could mail them back no problem. I mailed them back and they CHARGED me $20 for the SHOEBOX because they said it was not in pristine condition.
