I visited Med24 Montana on 7 November 2009 after I fractured my wrist. The medical aid did not pay the account as the ICD10 code Med24 submitted indicated my wrist was sprained, and not fractured. Due to my benefits being exhausted, the medical aid rejected the claim and I paid it myself. It subsequently came to my attention that my condition was a PMB condition, and as such should have been paid by the medical aid.
