As reported on Monday Virgin Mobile deducted money from my account that they were not authorised to take. Only last month they paid me over R300 for the exact some incorrect billing. After I sent an email telling them to rectify the situation I was told on Tuesday (also here on Blue Peter) that the money would be in my account in 3 working days. I told them this was unacceptable and that I expected to be reimbursed immediately.
