While making a purchase on Thursday 13 Jan 2010 at 6:30p I noted that the employee cooking and preparing the french fries did not have on gloves. So I asked the Manager (who was taking my order) - shouldn't he be wearing gloves. He said no - it was not required. I told him I thought it was a NY-State requirement and he responded, no - it is not required. I then saw the same employee grab a broom and begin sweeping the floor while he waited for the fries to finish cooking - and then later return to the fries. I think it is unsanitary and a risk to customers who may become exposed to germs and viruses. read full review »
