I'm suppose to be a Premier customer with Sprint because I have been a customer for over 5 years and have kept my bill paid in full as well for 5 years. Well, everything has been well up until the last couple of months when the phone on my second line was stolen. I called Sprint to report the phone stolen and to find out what my options were for a replacement phone.
