this isnt a complaint against the salon but with a stylist who cut my hair too short, or with any stylist who cuts people's hair too short. I went to this salon to get a hair cut. First had to wait since they had people backed up and were taking walk-ins over real appointments. After waiting, then a stylist took me. We agreed on a certain number of inches he was going to cut off, and before I knew it, he had chopped off almost 6 inches or more.
