I ordered a clock on 1/1/11 ("usually ships within 48 hours"). On 1/5/11 payment for the clock was taken out of my account. When I "tracked order" it still stated "order not shipped" I sent three email inquires and did not receive any replies at all. On 1/12/11 I called the toll free number and got apologies and was told that my order shipped on 1/11/11 and they were waiting for the tracking number to post...something's not adding up at all and after reading similar complaints I realize that this company must not... read full review »
