Beware of the bill- make sure you check Europcar/Alamo. I have been hiring for years and am fed up with the charges Europcar in Watford keep adding on at the end of a hire using the credit card details they have from you. I have had success in refunds, I hire so much I have separate insurance, and thankfully Barclaycard continues to come to the rescue at its own cost.
