We bought an expensive severin mixer from a shop called Verasu at the Emporium shopping centre in bangkok. We then went back to buy the attachments, meat grinder, pasta maker etc. We were told " you no but here, you go Verasu head office". Ok, fight our way through BKK traffic to be told at Verasu head office " We no sell in shop, use our internet site". OK, drive 30 KLMs back home. Nothing on their web site.
