My husabnd & I went to presentation to join a holiday club. After being given the "hard sell" we decided to join the club. They took our deposit money and rushed us out the door with out explaining the cooling off period. That night we were excited and tried to look at our new holiday club to book a holiday in April 2011.We were unable to access any information as you needed the log in membership number.
