I've send my Cel phone Samsung omnia i900 to repair in a authorized costumer services named ASTEC, in Sao Jose dos Campos, São Paulo Brazil, during the guarantee time, and they were'nt able to repair the device and took me six month to solve the problem. Bad relationship with the customer e a lot of issues due this long period. Til now I don' t have my Cell phone. The site of the representatives of Samsung in SaaPaulo is a fake and they are pushing the problem away leading me to quit . Unfortunelly the device cost me a good amount of money - R$ 1600, 00 almost U$ 900, 00 - please help- me read full review »
