On the 11th August, I ordered a procleanse at a reduced rate of £5:49 which was taken from my account on the 11th August . On the 11th August, same amount of £5.49 was deducted again from my account. On the 31st Aug £74.50 was deducted from my account. I called their customer sevice that I only requested for a pack and the subsequent order was cancelled by me, which they confirmed it was cancelled.
