I just want to ask why there is always shortage of Hp gas cylinder. I made a booking for cylinder on 01/01/2011 on my consumer no- 604388. They were told me that I can receive my cylinder in 15 days. But when I call back for cylinder delivery enquiry, I was very shocked when they told me that there were no refill booking on 01/01/2011. And now there is shortage of cylinder so they can deliver my cylinder after 15 days. And worst situation is that I have double connection and both the cylinders are empty in my house.
