I had purchased Reliance Netconnect's CDMA Data Modem MG880+ with unlimited monthaly plan in Jul 2010. Upto 12 Sep 2010 it worked properly, but thereafter it stopped working and show the msg "The Remote computer did not respond". on contacting the costumer care, i got the reply, but not satisfactory. I recharged my connection on 05 Jan 2011 for next 3 months on paying Rs 1499/-. and contacted costumer care but still no connection. It is sheer disappointment and frustration.
