When DVR started making noise, I knew the hard drive was about to fail. I ordered a replacement, and when it arrived, I could tell it was a refurbished model (it stated that on the box). I called to ask for a new one, since I already had my current one for years, and it was making noise. They sent me ANOTHER one, and now the satellite can't find a signal.
