Over this last weekend, either late evening or early morning, I have received numerous calls from ADT pointing out that my land line is not connected to their alarm system. This despite me telling ADT more than two years ago that the phone line had been disconnected. When attempting to rectify this with the call center, 0861212400 or 0861212401, the call is either disconnected or dropped by ADT or I get put through to someone who can barely understand English. When I subsiquently ask for a senior manager I am told none are available. read full review »
