So on Friday my 'elevated support' person dissapeared at 16h30 sharp whilst I was still holding on. Seems the 24 hour service ends sharply at going home time on Friday. On Saturday I managed to send one or two sms's but we are back to square one. No one, not me, my wife or child can send a sms. Completely unreliable service and support. I want OUT of this contract.
