I am terrible disappointed at Vodacom Direct, i have placed an order for a 3g contract and after being promised 3-5 working days delivery time, its now 3 weeks and there has been no follow up or proper feedback as to the delay, I have called countless times with no answer from the delivery department and wait 30 minutes at a time only to be cut off, I am terribly upset about this as I am a business person and this effects my business continuity and my income extensively as I need to reply to clients e-mails and requests. read full review »
