I purchased a pair of "elastic waist jeggings" -black at Kmart Store #7225 on 01-13-11. The brand name is "Attention" made in Jordan. When I first tried them on, the tips of my fingernails became black from the dye of the pants. I read the label and I followed the instructions to wash before wearing it. I placed the pants in the water and to my amazement, the water turned black as if it was black ink. I washed it many times and the dye keeps running.
