I paid for my educational degrees to be certified by WES in September 2008. On 31st October, I received an email that my certification was completed and the copy has been mailed to my mailing address in Toronto. It has been 6 weeks now and still have to receive the same. Despite regular reminders, the WES is yet to resolve this error. My bank has been debited yet the service has not been provided yet.
