Here are the facts: I have ALL of my phone service through Qwest: local and long distance services, Internet connection via DSL, Qwest voice mail, and Qwest caller ID. I have been a Qwest customer since 1976 when they were Mountain Bell. Qwest shut of my phone because they did not receive my mailed-in payment. 1.
