I bought 2 Club House level ICC world cup tickets for the match between Bangladesh and Ireland on February 25, 2011, at Dhaka, Bangladesh. However, the order was not processed completely and gave me an error instead. I never saw a confirmation page, nor were any tickets sent to me by email but my account was charged. After repeated attempts to explain the situation to KyaZoonga via email, they finally replied back by saying there can be no refunds for tickets that were bought.
