Bought Atlas Insurance product from this company in march for my mother. Took her to gastroentrologist for diagnosis and treatment of bloody diahorrea in end of march. She undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy for diagonsis. Doctor's office and hospital facilities filed claim directly to HCCMIS. Since then claims are pending with the company on pretext that all documents are not received from doctor's office. First hccmis said documents not recieved from primary care physician.
