With regards to my compliant logged on 4th of FEB 2010, I was asked to mail a lady by the name of Tessa Enslin my claim form that I needed to fill in. Two months have passed and I have not received feedback from her . I sent her a mail for feedback on the 2502 and got no reply . All I can say is British Airways ***** !!! read full review »
